Terms of service

Terms of Sale

These are the terms you agree to when you buy from weebelter.com. We have kept them short and readable. If anything is unclear, email us and we will explain it properly.

Last updated 11 September 2026.

1. Who we are

Wee Belter is a trading name of Toddlers Independent Traders Ltd, a private limited company registered in Scotland.

Company number: SC902238

Registered office and trading address: 17 Hawthorn Walk, Glasgow, G72 7AB, United Kingdom

Email: dani@weebelter.com

Website: weebelter.com

We do not publish a phone number. Email is the fastest way to reach us and we aim to reply within 2 working days.

"We", "us" and "our" in these terms mean Toddlers Independent Traders Ltd.

2. These terms

By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Returns and Refunds Policy and our Privacy Policy. Please read them before you order.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the site at the moment you place it.

These terms are written for consumers buying for personal use. If you are buying for a business, some consumer rights described here will not apply to you.

3. Our products

We sell organic cotton toddler T-shirts (ages 1 to 6) and organic baby vests and bodysuits (0 to 18 months), printed with one of our 15 slogan designs.

Every item is made to order. We print it after you buy it.

Product images are mockups. Print position, garment shade and colour can vary very slightly between items, because each one is printed individually. Colours also look different on different screens. Small variations of this kind are normal for print on demand and are not faults.

Our items are everyday clothing. They are not nightwear and must not be used as pyjamas or sleepwear. They carry no cords or drawstrings.

Care: wash cool, inside out, do not tumble dry the print. Following the care label keeps the print looking right. Full care details are on each product page.

4. How a contract is formed

You place an order on weebelter.com and pay.

We send you an order confirmation email. This only confirms we have received your order. It is not acceptance.

A contract between us is formed when we email you to say your order has been dispatched.

If we cannot fulfil your order, for example because the item is unavailable or we spotted a pricing error, we will tell you and refund you in full. We will not have accepted your order and no contract will exist.

5. Prices and errors

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).

Toddler T-shirts are £22.95. Baby vests and bodysuits are £17. Prices exclude delivery, which is shown at checkout before you pay.

We are not VAT registered. No VAT is charged on your order and our prices do not include any VAT element. We cannot issue a VAT invoice.

We can change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted.

We try hard to get prices right. If we find an obvious error in the price of something you ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments, which also handles PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay where offered. Your card details go straight to the payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Your card is charged when you place the order. If payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver within Great Britain.

Items are made to order, so allow 2 to 5 working days for us to make and dispatch your order, then Royal Mail tracked delivery on top. Full detail, costs and what happens if a parcel goes astray are in our Shipping Policy.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

Any delivery timescales we give are estimates, not guarantees, unless we have said otherwise in writing.

8. Cancellation and returns

You have a 14 day right to cancel most orders, plus separate rights if something is faulty or not as described. Our Returns and Refunds Policy sets out exactly how this works, and forms part of these terms.

In short: 14 days from receipt to tell us you are cancelling, a further 14 days to return the goods, refund within 14 days of us getting them back. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrong.

9. Our liability to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for:

death or personal injury caused by our negligence,

fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation,

defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987,

any breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods, including the right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and supplied with reasonable care and skill.

Apart from the above, we are not liable for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for any business loss such as loss of profit, loss of business or loss of contracts. We supply our products for domestic and private use only.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as postal strikes, extreme weather or supplier failure. If a delay like this happens we will let you know, and if it is substantial you can cancel and get a refund for anything you have paid for and not received.

10. Intellectual property

All the designs, slogans, artwork, photographs, the Wee Belter name and the Certified Wee Belter mark belong to Toddlers Independent Traders Ltd or are used under licence.

You are buying a garment, not the artwork on it. You must not copy, reproduce, print, resell or use our designs commercially without our written permission. You are of course free to wear, photograph and enjoy what you buy.

11. Your information

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.

12. Complaints

Email dani@weebelter.com with your order number and what has gone wrong. We aim to reply within 2 working days and to resolve complaints within 14 days.

We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme. If we cannot resolve your complaint between us, you can take the matter to court or seek advice from Citizens Advice.

13. Other important terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another business. We will tell you in writing if we do, and it will not affect your rights.

If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the rest carries on in force.

If we do not insist that you do something straight away, that does not stop us doing so later.

Nobody other than you and us has any rights to enforce these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms and any contract between us are governed by Scots law, and disputes can be brought in the Scottish courts. If you live in England, Wales or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.

Nothing in this section takes away the protection you have under the consumer law of the part of the UK where you live.
