Email is the best and fastest way to reach us. We aim to reply within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays).

When you email about an order, please include your order number and, if something is wrong with the item, a photo. That lets us fix it in one go rather than going back and forth.

We do not currently publish a phone number. We are a very small team and email means nothing gets missed.

Where your order is made

Our T-shirts and vests are printed and packed by Two Fifteen in Lancashire, England, then posted to you by Royal Mail. Printed and posted in Britain.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email dani@weebelter.com with your order number and what happened. We will reply within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.

We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme. If we cannot sort it between us, you can get free advice from Citizens Advice or take the matter to court. Nothing here affects your legal rights.
